Jack Bresnahan
Jack Bresnahan is a Lawyer in Coleman Greig’s Tax and Superannuation team. He specialises in providing commercial tax advice, personal tax advice and not-for-profit tax advice. Jack has extensive experience in Australian Taxation Office (ATO) disputes, having worked for the ATO prior to joining Coleman Greig. He has a strong understanding of the entire disputes lifecycle including private rulings, audits, objections and ATO litigation. Whilst tax and taxation disputes can be incredibly complex, this experience enables Jack to assist clients to resolve disputes seamlessly, and to provide clear and concise tax planning advice. His clients include domestic and multinational companies. His clients span a range of sectors including construction and not-for-profit, and high net worth individuals who work both in Australia and overseas. Working closely with clients, Jack ensures that they receive accurate and effective commercial and personal tax advice, and can navigate the ATO disputes process as smoothly as possible.

Saveen Mathews
Saveen Mathews is a Lawyer in Coleman Greig’s Tax and Superannuation team. Saveen is experienced in taxation of private business structures including Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and superannuation and SMSF. He is also well-versed in taxation disputes, regularly handling matters in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal relating to economic stimulus, CGT, GST, foreign income tax offset, income tax and debt litigation. His clients include small to medium businesses, large corporations, and subsidiaries of multinational corporations. Open-minded and forward thinking, Saveen is proactive in anticipating his clients’ needs. Prior to joining Coleman Greig, Saveen worked for the Australian Taxation Office.
