Dr Nataliya Ilyushina is an empirical economist also known as Dr Pink. Her research domains are at the forefront of academic inquiry, focusing on issues such as the impact of digital technology on job and task automation, digitalisation of management, work in Web3, hybrid work arrangements and the impact on workers’ wellbeing. Nataliya is also interested in the gender lens of those processes. She has published scholarly articles, contributed to government inquiries, and presented at academic and industry conferences. Nataliya was nominated as a Rising Star of Blockchain by Blockchain Australia. She frequently comments on the media such as ABC News, Sky News, Channel 7, SBS World, ABC Radio, BBC Radio UK and newspapers like Herald Sun and Daily Telegraph.
Dr Nataliya Ilyushina holds PhD in Economics and a Double Masters in Accounting and Commerce from RMIT University, Masters in Economics from Melbourne University and a Bachelor of Economics from Moscow State University.
